Limited 30-day Return Policy

MagLOCK Bike Pedal will only accept returns for unused or defective products within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for used products. If your product is unused or defective, we will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount you paid after the item is returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items damaged by normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, loss, or theft are not eligible for refunds. After 30 days after you have received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. This return policy is valid only for online orders at www.maglockbikepedal.com.
Re:do Returns:
Customers now have the option to pay $.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order.
If you did not purchase Re:do you can still use our return portal below and purchase a return label at cost. No return fee is deducted from your refund total!
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Retail Purchases
All in-store purchases must be handled at the location of purchase and are subject to the retailer's refund policies. We cannot refund any money that was exchanged between a retailer and a customer. We can only issue refunds for items that were purchased directly from maglockbikepedal.com. Retailers may have their own exchange/warranty policy for their location.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@maglockbikepedal.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@maglockbikepedal.com and send your item to the address provided below.
Warranty
Refer to the Warranty Policy for details on warranty claims.
Repairs
If you have a product that has been used and you would like to have it refurbished or repaired, we are happy to work with you on it. Just send us an email at info@maglockbikepedal.com explaining what you need refurbished or repaired, and we'll create a custom order in our system for you. We will charge for the cost of parts, shipping, and a small service fee.
